The girl and her mother were returning home last night after buying medicines from a hospital in Dhudike to their native village Madoke when the incident happened, they said.
Two accused identified as Amarjit and Harpreet Singh arrived there in a car and kidnapped the girl after assaulting the mother, according to the police complaint.
In another abduction case, a minor 16-year-old girl was kidnapped from Khosa Pando village here by a person.
The accused, Harpreet Singh, arrived at the village last night and kidnapped the girl with the intention of marrying her, the victim's family said in their police complaint.
No arrests have been made in this connection so far.
