The accused, identified as Mohd. Adil (23) and Javed (27) residents of Rampur, were arrested with the contraband after a speeding pick-up truck was chased and stopped for checking in Balwa area under Bhojipura police station, STF incharge Ajay Yadav said.
"The arrested youths said that they were bringing charas from Nepal and were taking it to their home town," he said, adding that they have confessed of being involved in this work for some time in the past.
