According to Circle Officer Vijay Prakash, a truck first collided head-on with a Scorpio car following which seven other vehicles rammed in under Kotwali Khurja (Dehat) here.
The accident occurred owing to fog this morning, the CO added.
The drivers of both the truck and Scorpio were killed and seven injured were admitted to a hospital.
