Two persons were killed and six others injured when the tractor they were travelling on overturned here Sunday morning, police said.
The accident took place at Sendpur on the Bareilly-Dataganj Road in the early hourly of the day, said Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Jitendra Kumar Srivastava, adding the tractor, which was carrying paddy to Devchara Weekly Market, overturned due dense fog and poor visibility in the area.
The deceased were identified as Naushe Ali (47) and Alok Kumar (27), the ASP said.
