Two killed as vehicle overturns

Two persons were killed when a police vehicle turned turtle in Kupwara district of Kashmir, police said today.
"A police vehicle overturned in village Warsun in Kupwara district last night, resulting in injuries to a few persons," a police spokesman said.
He said two of the injured persons succumbed to injuries while being taken to a hospital. The deceased have been identified as Abdul Rashid Bajad and Abdul Rashid Ganaie.
Another injured person has been hospitalised, he said.
The spokesman said the police party had gone to the village following reports of clashes between two groups over a land dispute.
