teenaged youth were killed and six others sustained burn injuries today when a fire broke out in Belwa Banjaria village in the district, police said.
Suresh (45) and Chhotu (16) were killed in the blaze, which occurred this afternoon, when they were trying to rescue their valuables from a hutment on fire, they said, adding six other people were injured in the incident.
Over four dozen houses and hutments were reported to have been gutted in the fire.
Two fire brigades were pressed into service and it took several hours to bring the fire under control, police said.
