Sulakhan Singh and Balwinder Singh, residents of Guloti village of the district fell on the road after their motorcycle collided with a car near Lohara village today, they said.
The duo was later run over by a truck, police said.
The car driver was arrested, but released on bail while the truck driver managed to escape from the spot, they added.
