district police and 12 Bihar Regiment arrested a militant belonging to Kanglei Yawon Kanna Lup (KYKL) and identified as Khaidem Bijoy alias Nungshichaoba Singh, a resident of Mayang Imphal Anilongbi of Manipur's Imphal West district yesterday, according to a release issued today.
The release also said one Sagolsem Lokendro Singh alias Yambung of the outlawed Kangleipak Communist Party (Noyon) group was arrested by Imphal West Police today, while conducting frisking at a crowded area at Birtikendrajit Road at Manipur's Imphal West district.
