The two brothers, Lallan Singh of class VI and Ashish Singh studying in class IV, met with the tragedy yesterday, Station House Officer of Rajepur police station Rajiv Ranjan said.
The two minors returning home after school fell into a roadside ditch full of rain water when the balance of the bicycle was disturbed and got drowned in it, the SHO said.
They were students of government primary school at neighbouring Mohammadpur Sagar and the duo hailed from Madhopur Harigaon under Rajepur police station of East Champaran district.
