In a meeting of its members, the Kandela Khap, the biggest khap panchayat of Jind, decided that it will send representatives from 28 villages in large numbers to participate in the rally.
Earlier in the day, Binain Khap announced that it will send 10,000 people to participate in the rally which will take place at the Huda Ground here.
On October 13, representatives of several khaps from Haryana had decided to relaunch their agitation for reservation under the OBC category from December 23, the birth anniversary of Chaudhary Charan Singh.
