The stolen items have also been recovered, they said.
In Rajouri's Sunderbani area, a person was arrested today as part of a special drive against burglars, police said.
A laptop, two mobiles phones and other items worth Rs 90,000 were seized from his possession, a police officer said, adding a case has been lodged at Sunderbani Police Station.
In the other incident, a man was arrested on a May 18 complaint at Samba Police Station, he said.
The complainant had alleged that when his family and he went out of station, someone entered his house and decamped with gold ornaments and other valuables, the officer said.
