The fight started after a dog of a locality bit a man of another locality last night, resulting in a clash between groups from the two localities, police said today.
The clash turned ugly when persons from the two groups used bricks and wooden sticks against each other, they said.
Hari Singh and Harveer Singh were injured in the clash. Harveer's condition is critical.
A case has been registered against five persons, out of which four have been arrested, said police.
