Two run over by vehicle in UP
Surendra (35) and Momin Ali (50) died after the loader vehicle ran over them in Sadrapur village, they said.
The driver of the over-speeding vehicle has been arrested for reckless driving.
Meanwhile, an angry mob set the vehicle on fire after the incident.
