Aadil Wani and Shahid Manzoor Wani, both residents of Mandakpal in Khrew area of Pulwaha, were arrested after the minor girl lodged a complaint against them, they said.
According to the complaint, the men yesterday allegedly took the victim behind some bushes in nearby paddy fields where they took turns to rape her.
A case under section 376 RPC (rape) has been registered against the accused, police said, adding that the victim has been sent for a medical examination.
