Brown had sued the 25-year-old "Rack City" hitmaker in 2013 claiming he "coerced young and impressionable under-age women to pose nude" during his "Make It Nasty" video shoot, reported Radar Online.
According to the documents, Tyga offered to pay the model USD 50,000 to drop all claims against him. By the terms of the agreement, the payment was supposed to be sent within 20 days of the document being signed, that is, January 26, 2015.
The rapper only paid Brown USD 25,000 by February.
