Undertrial dies under mysterious circumstances in UP

An undertrial died under mysterious circumstances this afternoon in a civil court premises where he was taken for a hearing.
Jeetram Yadav, who hails from Ahimai village, was lodged in the district jail since 2011 in connection with a murder case. He was brought to the court for a hearing and had been put up in a lock up in the court premises where he died, police said.
Superintendent of police Anant Dev said prima facie it looks like a case of heart attack. The body has been sent for autopsy and details would be known only after the report is received.
