Assistant Registrar of the University K Mahesh said in a release today that as there was no let up in the rain the University will remain closed tomorrow.
He said that all the examinations of the various departments and also of the affiliated colleges scheduled for tomorrow are also postponed and fresh date of the exams would be announced in due course.
Puducherry government has also declared tomorrow a holiday for all the government run and private schools and colleges in Puducherry and Karaikal regions in view of incessant and heavy rains.
