"We have taken cognisance of the matter and a complaint has been filed with us regarding the alleged use of abusive language against Singh's minor daughter at a protest by BSP workers," Chairperson of the Commission Juhi Singh said.
"We have asked the district administration, which had got the entire dharna filmed, to provide us the footage. It will reach us by Tuesday. Only after examining the video, the Commission will be able to tell what has been said and recommend action," she said.
Singh's mother Tetra Devi filed the complaint alleging BSP leaders raised "derogatory" slogans at the party protest in Lucknow yesterday in which his 12-year-old daughter was also dragged into the row.
