The annual budget estimates receipts at Rs 2,70,573 crore, but after adjustment of Rs 4,570 crore from public account, a saving of Rs 438 crore has been projected.
By adding the opening balance of the last fiscal of Rs 4,590 crore to Rs 438 crore, this amount is pegged at Rs 5,028 crore.
