UP cop, 2 friends gang-rape Class 10 student

A Class 10 student was allegedly gang-raped by an Uttar Pradesh Police constable and his two friends in Modinagar area of the district.
The accused also made a video of the act and threatened the girl to upload it on the internet if she revealed her ordeal to anyone, police said.
The girl today approached the Modi Nagar police and filed a complaint against the trio, they added.
In her complaint, the girl alleged that on December 4 when she was returning home from her tuition, her neighbour Karan took her to a room in Modipon Colony area where he was joined by his friends Keshav, and Nitin, a constable deployed at Faizabad police line.

The three took turns to rape her, police said, adding that Karan and Keshav are drop-outs of an engineering college.
"Nitin also made a video and threatened her that if she revealed her ordeal to anyone, they would upload it on internet. They continued to rape her on several occasions. A medical test has been conducted on the girl and we are awaiting the report," said a senior police officer.
"Based on the girl's complaint, we have also arrested the accused constable deployed at Faizabad police line. We are investigating the case," the officer added.
