UP govt committed to promote alternate energy sources: MLA

The Uttar Pradesh government is committed to promote alternate sources of energy in order to cope with its shortage, Faridabad MLA Vipul Goel said today.
"In order to take the city on the path of development, natural source of energy has to be used in addition to artificial energy. Therefore, we have to commit ourselves to work towards the use of solar energy," he said on the sidelines of an event here.
"The state government is committed to promote alternate sources of energy," Goel added.
