UP govt transfers 6 IPS officers

In a reshuffle in Police Department, Uttar Pradesh government tonight transferred six IPS officers, including the Additional Director General (ADG) security.
ADG personnel Bhavesh Kumar Singh has been made the new ADG security in place of Prashant Kumar who has been shifted to PAC in the same capacity, a home department spokesman said.
Inspector General of Police public complaints, Pramod Kumar Misra has been made IG Police headquarters Allahabad and IG technical services Vijay Prakash takes over from Misra, the spokesman added.
