UP Guv Naik praises ex-Mumbai top cop Satyapal Singh

Praising BJP MP Satyapal Singh, the former chief of Mumbai Police, Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik today said that the state police needed a head like him.
"Uttar Pradesh police needs head like former Mumbai police commissioner Satyapal Singh," Naik said here.
He was here to inaugurate 'Panchkalyan' Mahotsava (function).
Singh is BJP MP from Baghpat seat. He had joined BJP after retiring as a police commissioner of Mumbai.
He had handled the Shakti Mills gang-rape case in Mumbai that shocked the nation.
