According to Superintendent of Police, Somen Verma, police yesterday arrested one person and seized illegal liquor from a school here, waiting to be transported to the neighbouring state Bihar.
"Police raided a private school, where the liquor was stock for transportation to Bihar. One person has been arrested, while two four-wheelers have been seized," he said.
A case has been registered against the school management in this regard, he added.
