As soon as the house assembled at 12.30 PM, the opposition members raised objection over the address of the Governor.
Leader of the Opposition Naseemudin Siddiqui alleged that there was no point of the address as it was government document.
As Chairman Ganesh Shanker Pandey started reading the Governor's address, the opposition members stormed into the well with banners raising anti-government slogans.
The agenda was taken up amidst the din after which the Chairman adjourned the house till tomorrow.
