During his India trip from May 1 to 4, Goosby will meet with key government officials in the health sector, development partners, donor agencies, non-government organisations, and academic institutions to see first-hand the important work being done to fight HIV/AIDS in India.
Besides New Delhi, he will be visiting field programmes and meeting with health officials in Hyderabad and Varanasi.
Goosby leads all US Government international HIV/AIDS efforts as the United States Global AIDS Coordinator.
