The 26-year-old "Spring Breakers" star has been performing in the musical since Marchand reveals the rigorous stage routine has wreaked havoc on her joints, reported Contactmusic.
During an appearance on late night US talk show "Watch What Happens: Live", Hudgens said, "I go up and down so many stairs (in the show), I have tendinitis in both of my knees. I'm like, 'I'm way too young to be this broken!'"
However, her inflamed tendons aren't the only things she has to worry about while onstage.
