Vergara, 43 and Manganiello would tie the knot in Palm Beach Florida at Hotel Breakers, reported E! online.
Details of their upcoming big day, including date, have not yet surfaced. However, it was said that the twosome already sent out wedding invitations.
The "Modern Family" star and Manganiello, 38, got engaged on Christmas Day in 2014 after six months of dating. They celebrated their engagement with family and friends at the Soho House in West Hollywood in early May this year.
Talking about her wedding plans with the "True Blood" actor, Vergara previously revealed in the same month that their wedding would happen soon.
