Veterinary inspector robbed off Rs 2 lakh in Punjab

A veterinary inspector was robbed off Rs two lakh by some unidentified persons at Bahapurana near here today, police said.
Amarjit Singh was going on his motorcycle when the looters hit his vehicle with their car and took away the money from him forcibly, police said.
Singh was on his way to deposit the money which was collected by the department, they said.
The vehicle was without number plate, police said.
Police registered a case in this connection.
