Videocon d2h organises 'd2h Gully League with MI'

Videocon d2h, a DTH service provider recently hosted the d2h Gully league with Mumbai Indians, a gully cricket tournament at National Sports Club of India here.
Videocon d2h is the principal sponsor of Mumbai Indians.
Spartans were crowned the Ultimate Champions of the 1st ever d2h Gully League with Mumbai Indians. Of the numerous entries, 16 teams were selected, these teams were divided into 4 groups and the winner of each group qualified for the semi final, a media release issued here said.
Two Mumbai Indians players joined each of the 4 teams that qualified and played against each other. The teams which qualified for the semi finals were Mumbai Blasters, Andheri Boys, Gully Blasters & Spartans.

The Mumbai Indians players who were part of this Gully Cricket were Rohit Sharma, Kieron Pollard, Jasprit Bumrah, Karn Sharma, Nitish Rana, Tim Southie and Nicholas Pooran, it added.
