Menken has composed music for "The Little Mermaid", "Beauty and the Beast", "Enchanted" and "Tangled".
He has won four Academy Awards each for Best Original Score and Best Original Song.

Other than Balan, Dia Mirza, Kabir Khan, Farah Khan, Shabana Azmi, Anurag Basu, Amol Gupte among others, attended the premiere.
