"Seven cases have been registered against joint manager Achyutananda Routray, junior assistant Bishnu Charan Behera and clerk Mahavir Das of the Corporation's Bhawanipatna division," said K B Singh, the director of the State Vigilance.
To a question, Singh said the involvement of these three officials came to the notice by the CMD of the corporation during an audit.
It was revealed that the joint manager, in connivance with the other two staff had issued a cheque signed by him instead of a joint signature. The financial irregularities committed by them is Rs 10, 27,13,666, Singh added.
