The winners led 54-23 at half time.
B K Anilkumar and M Harish played well for the winners, scoring 13 points each, while C Praveenkumar with 22 points shone for the losing team.
In other matches, Indian Railway beat Kochi Customs 64-59 while Income Tax (Chennai) defeated IAF 70-61.
