About 164 publishers, book distributors and book sellers are participating in the exhibition.
Prominent among them are National Book Trust, Publications Division, Sahitya Academy and many others.
Suppliers and manufacturers of educational instruments are also participating in the exhibition.
During the festival, the Society conducts seminars and literary events like birth centenary celebrations of prominent Telugu literary giants.
