The two men forcibly caught hold of the girl, who has no vision in one eye and works as a maid servant in the locality, late last night when she was returning to her home at Nallasopara in Vasai.
They gagged her and took her to an isolated construction site near Durga chawl in the area where they sexually assaulted her and then fled from there, district police PRO Manoj Lahange said in a press release.
Based on a complaint by the victim, police registered an FIR this morning.
The locals today gathered at the Nallasopara police station and protested against the increasing crimes against women in the area.
