The company had posted a net profit of Rs 17.94 crore in the January-March period of 2014-15 fiscal, Vivimed Labs said in a BSE filing.
Consolidated total income from operations of the company stood at Rs 350.04 crore in the same period of the 2015-16 fiscal as against Rs 356.71 crore in the year-ago period.
For the full fiscal, it posted a net profit of Rs 83.67 crore as against Rs 72.05 crore in 2014-15.
In a separate filing, the company said its board has not recommended any dividend for the 2015-16 fiscal.
Vivimed Labs shares today ended 6.78 per cent down at Rs 77.70 on BSE.
