VLCC, PeopleStrong partner to implement HR management system

Wellness and healthcare company VLCC has partnered with HR solutions and technology provider, PeopleStrong, to automate the entire gamut of HR processes in the company.
VLCC employees will get access to HR mobile APP (Alt Worklife by PeopleStrong).
This harnesses HR information systems including employee leaves, attendance, business related expenses, performance management and on-boarding, among other functionalities, a company release said.
"We have chosen PeopleStrong as an HR technology partner to automate the entire employee life cycle in the first phase and we would be soon be automating the entire gamut of HR processes," Paramjit Singh Nayyar, Global CHRO, VLCC said.
