Jackson, 66, made the remarks on Bravo's 'Watch What Happens Live', reported Independent.
When asked by host Andy Cohen about the recent allegations against Cosby the 'Pulp Fiction' star, who worked as a rehearsal stand in for him on 'The Cosby Show', he said, "I wish that he would say something.
"I mean, I can't make a judgement about it. I mean, I make my judgements because I have a daughter, I have a wife that I love. I have a lot of women in my life, and I know, you know, women are vulnerable in this society. And people with power take advantage of people."
The actor has strenuously denied all of the allegations made against him, both personally and through his lawyer, Marty Singer.
He recently thanked Eddie Murphey for turning down the opportunity to impersonate him in a sketch for Saturday Night Live's 40th anniversary.
