Wave Infratech launches realty project

The central government is encouraging the real estate sector and the sector will show its due potential in the near future, an official of realty company said today.
"Due to the overall economic slowdown, the sector has a lackluster time in the past. But with the government now encouraging the sector with required impetus, the real estate sector is due to show its due potential in the near future," Wave Infratech Executive Director Amar Sinha said today.
Launching Club 51 Belleville Park project Sinha said that Wave Infratech took the first steps to bolster investor confidence in the sector with the announcement of the launch of financial schemes.

He said that for customers looking at investing their money on residential products the customer after a stipulated period would be offered attractive exit options with guaranteed returns.
