department has decided to introduce a Computerised Central Clearing System (CCCS) at Nabanna, the state secretariat, for quick physical dispatch of cleared files.
"The system will be introduced from March 5 to expedite the movement of files and thereby the entire administratie work," Finance Secretary H K Dwivedi said in an official order.
Dwivedi said that the system would facilitate physical dispatch of files to various departments in the ministry within or outside the state secretariat.
Under the system, all files ready for dispatch from the department would be sent to CCS using online Workflow -based Files and Letters Tracking System (WFTS) available at the portal of Finance ministry.
