India's achievements in the economic, social, scientific, technical and cultural spheres and the country's active foreign policy facilitate the resolution of key regional and global issues, Putin said in the greetings telegram.
"I'm sure that we'll develop a constructive political dialogue and mutually advantageous cooperation in all fields. This meets the basic interests of our friendly peoples and ensures international stability and security," Itar Tass quoted Putin as saying.
