Day 1 (30th April) Thundersquall with hailstorm is very likely at isolated places over Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland-Manipur-Mizoram-Tripura and coastal Odisha. Severe heat wave conditions are likely at isolated places over Gangetic West Bengal and Bihar. Heat wave conditions are likely at a few places over Bihar and at isolated places over interior Odisha, Jharkhand, east Uttar Pradesh, west Rajasthan, Telangana and Kerala.
Day 2 (1st May): Thundersquall with hailstorm is very likely at isolated places over Assam and Meghalaya and Nagaland-Manipur-Mizoram-Tripura. Thunderstorm/duststorm is likely at isolated places over Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi and Punjab. Heat wave conditions are likely at a few places over Gangetic West Bengal and at isolated places over Odisha and Bihar.
Day 3 (2nd May): Thundersquall with hailstorm is very likely at isolated places over Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh and thundersquall is very likely at isolated places over Jammu and Kashmir. Thunderstorm/duststorm is likely at a few places over Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi and Punjab and at isolated places over Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.
Day 4 (3rd May): Heavy rain is likely at isolated places over Kerala. Thundersquall with hailstorm is very likely at isolated places over West Bengal and Sikkim, Jharkhand, Bihar, west Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh and thundersquall is likely at isolated places over west Uttar Pradesh, Jammu and coastal Andhra Pradesh. Thunderstorm/duststorm is likely at isolated places over Rajasthan.
Day 5 (4th May): Heavy rain is likely at isolated places over West Bengal and Sikkim, Jharkhand and Kerala. Thundersquall with hailstorm is very likely at isolated places over West Bengal and Sikkim, Odisha, Jharkhand and Bihar and thundersquall is likely at isolated places over east Uttar Pradesh.
Weather Outlook for the subsequent 2 days (5th and 6th May 2016): Scattered to fairly widespread precipitation and squally weather is likely to continue over north and east India. Similar pattern of fairly widespread rainfall with isolated thundersqualls are likely to commence over the peninsular India on 5th and 6th May.
