Beed by-poll is scheduled to held on October 15 along with state Assembly elections to be conducted in single phase.
"I am not contesting Lok Sabha by-poll in Beed as I want to work in Maharashtra," she said here last evening, addressing party workers.
Gopinath Munde died in a car accident in Delhi, in June, while on his way to the Indira Gandhi International airport.
Munde (35) said she is confident that the ruling Congress-NCP government will be thrown out of power in the upcoming assembly polls as Modi wave is very much strong.
Touring in the state for her 'sangharsha yatra', she said a strong response for her yatra is a sign that the Modi wave, which swept the country in Lok Sabha 2014 election, still exists.
Her 14-day 3,000 km yatra will cover 71 Assembly constituencies in 21 districts of Maharashtra.
