Chief Judicial Magistrate Sanjay Mishra issued NBW against Arjun Moolchandandi, a resident of Ahmedabad, and Rahul yesterday, Superintendent of Police Manoj Kumar said.
He said Kripal Singh, the main witness in the sexual assault case against Asaram, was shot at on July 10 last year and he died during treatment.
The Shahjahanpur police, probing the case, have claimed involvement of Asaram's 10 associates in the murder.
He said that Moolchandani, who handled financial management of the jailed 'godman', allegedly paid Rs 15 lakh to Kartik Haldar to kill Singh.
