A woman and her two daughters, aged two years and five months, were found dead in a pond in Rajasthan's Jalore district, a police official said, suspecting it to be a case of suicide.
The deceased were identified as Pankhu Devi (21) and her two daughters Joshna (2) and five-month-old Neema, DSP Dheema Ram said.
The bodies were handed over to their family members after post-mortem. Prima facie, it appears to be a case of suicide, the DSP said.
The officer, however, said that exact reason behind their death will get clear after post-mortem reports. The matter has been registered.
