Victim's FIR was lodged upon the direction of the court over her "istgasa" (complaint) yesterday, the Mahesh Nagar police said.
In her FIR, the woman alleged that Surendra Gathala (27) had raped her since 2011 at his house and a hotel on the pretext of marriage, following which she terminated her pregnancy in June 2013, they said.
The accused is yet to be traced, police said, adding he has been booked under various sections of IPC including 376 (rape).
