Woman attacked by neighbour over parking dispute

A woman was allegedly attacked by her neighbour with a knife over a parking dispute sustaining an injury to her eye in Bhajanpura area of northeast Delhi today.
The woman identified as Sudha, 50, was allegedly attacked by her neighbour Rizwan as they were involved in a dispute over parking vehicles in Bhajanpura area around 2.30 pm. The woman sustained injury in her eye and was taken to hospital, police said.
"The accused Rizwan during the fight, allegedly pushed Sudha who fell down sustaining injury in her eye. There was no evidence yet that she was attacked with a knife," said A K Singla, DCP (north east).

A case has been registered under Section 323, 324, 345 and 506 of the IPC and efforts are being made to arrest the accused, he said.
The accused Rizwan is a software engineer.
