The deceased were identified as Kusuma(33), wife of Raviraj, a resident of Mulya Atlooru and her children Likhita(5), Rakshita(3) and Srajan(2).
Preliminary investigations revealed that she took the extreme step because of family issues, police said.
Kusuma's husband was working in KVG Educational Institutions in Sullia.
