A 31-year-old woman was on Saturday found dead in a guest house in Sanganer area, police said.
Pooja Kanjar and Ramkalyan Gurjar, both residents of Tonk district, had checked into the guest house on Thursday, SHO of Sanganer Police Station Shiv Dayal said.
"Pooja's body was found in the room on Saturday and prima facie it seems she was strangled to death. Ramkalyan is absconding," he said.
Dayal said the body was shifted to a nearby hospital for post-mortem and the matter was being investigated, he added.
