Woman gangraped in Palwal

A 23-year-old woman was allegedly raped by two men in Palwal district of Faridabad, police said today.
The incident is alleged to have taken place on June 3 when the woman was called by Rubina to her place for some work in Roopnagar Natauli village where the latter's brother and one other man were already present, a police official said.
She was then raped by the two men and also threatened of dire consequences if she informed anyone about the incident, the official said.
The woman later came home and narrated her ordeal to the family members who informed the police.

A case has been registered against three persons and the woman has been sent for a medical examination. A hunt is also on to nab the accused, police said.
